Dear Greg Arnim and Doug Traylor:
I am writing you this letter to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with one of your sales representatives, Rodrigo Pinasco. He was a very knowledgeable and caring person.
I did not know how to go about handling the replacement of my roof. He took me step by step, explained anything that I asked, and never got tired of my many questions. His communication skills are excellent since he kept me informed on a daily basis about what was happening with the insurance company and delievery of materials. When I brought plastic to cover it. He knew I was concerned about this and took the time and effort to insure a proper dry installation.
He painstakingly took the time to tell me about everything from a ridge vent to the three types of shingles put on a roof. He met with me on three different occasions to answer my questions that I had. He never rushed me in making any decisions.
He was always honest with me and never gave me the run around. I will highly recommend your roofing company to my friends and family especially with such a caring individual like Rodrigo.

Dear Remedy Roofing,
I just wanted to express a HUGE THANK YOU!! I was the lucky winner of
your home show drawing in Austin. After I received the call that I had
won, I pulled out my home purchase paperwork to double check the age of
the existing roof. I was even more excited when I discovered that it was
already 8 years old. With the age, and the fact that it was your basic
three tab shingle, I was just ecstatic that I was lucky enough to win
the drawing.

“Contemplating which Roofing Company to go with? “
“Potential Roof Purchasers”
I am writing this letter to recommendation for the benefit of Alan Woodard with Remedy Roofing. On March 25th, 2009 a serve hail storm came through our neighborhood. My home, as well as many other homeowners was affected and of course my roof was severely damaged by the storm. I have never experienced golf ball size hail until that day.
I met with several roofing companies and Alan with “Remedy Roofing” clearly stood out. His no nonsense style and direct approach was deeply appreciated. His “word” mattered, he did everything he said he was going to do, very refreshing! He showed up on time, he met with my adjuster and was always accessible to my calls. He pointed out all storm related issues to my house that could have been “missed” by my insurance adjuster.
His crew did a fantastic job, timely efficient and did exactly what Alan said they would do! When accidents happen and sometimes they do (it’s just part of life), it’s how the company responds that makes all the difference. When the roofers were “hand driving” the nails, one of my a/c lines was breached. Needles to say, Alan responded and addressed the problem right away. My a/c was up and working that evening. “Customer Service and Satisfaction” clearly mattered!
From sales to service, I strongly recommend Alan and his team at Remedy Roofing. I am so very pleased with how “everything” was handled, from start to finish. I was not asked to write this letter, I just wanted to, with the economy the way it is, competition is tough. It’s my pleasure to recommend Alan for your roofing needs; I firmly believe you won’t regret it.

Dear Remedy Roofing,
If I said thank you for the rest of my life, it would not be enough to express my gratitude for the beautiful roof your company installed on my house!
The day you called and told me that you had chosen my name in your give away drawing, I cried like a baby. You guys are my Earth Angels!
Now when it rains, I say let it come. Before, my roof was leaking so bad that I had pots on the floor to catch the drips. The sheet rock on the ceiling on the ceiling had rotted to the point that one night after Christmas a possum that was living in my attic came crashing through the ceiling. It scared the living daylight out of me and my young grandson, Cole. It’s funny now and I can laugh about it, but that night it was horrible for us!
Thank you Remedy Roofing for my beautiful roof!! You gave me the best and the quality shows. All of my neighbors have come by to tell me how great it looks.
Your crew was very professional and courteous. They completed the work in one and a half days and they cleaned all debris off the property. When they left, I had a beautiful roof!
I was a realtor before I became ill. I worked with many contractors and I know good work when I see it. Recommending your company to others will be a pleasure!
